End-to-end management of the CVM engine including vendor ecosystem Design and implement CVM initiatives by effectively defining target criteria and new offers Ensure Proactive churn management through efficient reactivation campaigns Utilize the Campaign Management platforms and liaison with internal teams to ensure the timely launch of loyalty and retention campaigns Cross-functional coordination (IT, DWH, Customer Care, Sales, etc.) to ensure effective implementation of CVM campaigns Ensure digitalization of the CVM engine with social media integration and optimize with additional triggers Ensure Omni channel experience of CVM offers (NGCC, DRM, App, etc) Develop regional strategy including dynamic tariffs, Best offers in low utilized sites, etc Ensure effective group campaigns and extend support to optimize e& ML-based models/recommendation engine Ensure timely reports to showcase the effectiveness of the campaigns & new launches | |
