    Job Responsibility
    • Support the hawala Commercial team in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
    • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to drive customer acquisition and usage of hawala services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, technology, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of hawala services.
    • Assist in managing customer relationships, including handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and potential risks to the hawala business.
    • Assist in analyzing sales and marketing data to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide administrative support to the hawala Commercial team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
