    Job Responsibility
    • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures specific to mobile money services.
    • Assist in conducting regular compliance audits and reviews to identify any non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
    • Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and industry trends related to mobile money services, and provide updates to the Head of Compliance.
    • Assist in the creation and delivery of compliance training programs for mobile money staff to promote awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), know your customer (KYC), and other relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Support the Head of Compliance in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies specific to mobile money operations.
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and filings related to mobile money services.
    • Participate in internal and external audits related to mobile money compliance.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of customer accounts and transactions to identify any suspicious or fraudulent activities.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, reports, and documentation.
