Job Responsibility
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and issues related to mHawala services via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers in navigating the mHawala platform, including registration, account management, transaction inquiries, and dispute resolution.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of mHawala services, promoting usage and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, documenting interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer service system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and fraud prevention, to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
• Stay up-to-date with mHawala products, services, policies, and procedures, ensuring accurate and consistent information is provided to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the development of customer service training materials and guidelines.
