The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was established by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education institutions to attract top foreign students to enroll in their master’s and Ph.D. programs.

This program provides a chance for young individuals who aspire to become future leaders in the private and public sectors. It prioritizes specific fields of study and particularly welcomes applicants from developing countries who are under 25 years old for the master’s level, and those under 30 years old from both developing and industrialized nations for the Ph.D. level.
