Duties

• Installing server/software monitoring the functions and solving the problems of the relevant departments
• Diagnosing the source of operational problems, including software and hardware aspects for computer systems and servers
• Preparing copies of systems and documents, creating computer accounts for employees
• Solving the performance problems of LAN/WAN networks, connections, and problems related to networks
• Cooperation in the administration and monitoring of resources including VPN, firewall, proxy server, and routes
• Coordination and renewal of network software and hardware
• Cooperation in the analysis and evaluation of contracts for software and hardware products according to the requirements
• Cooperation and coordination of learning to achieve the implementation of contracted products
• Perform the tasks of a network specialist in the day-to-day management of network performance information
• Collaborate in arranging and recommending standards for the use of computer system resources
• Implementation of other assigned duties

Skills Required

• Understanding the software and hardware used in personal computer systems and care devices
• Knowing the procedures, methods and modern administrative tools
• Diagnosing, analyzing and evaluating computer and network management problems and taking appropriate measures
• Observing and fixing technical and operational defects
• Interpretation and description of technical concepts for people who have the necessary skills in the field
• Analysis and evaluation of renewal of software and hardware products
• Cooperation in creating standards for computer system resources
• Training others in the operation and implementation of computer systems
• Fast and correct analysis of the conditions in order to identify the main course of action
• Using various manual and experimental tools to repair, adjust or diagnose computer problems
