Job Description

Job Description:
Providing facilities for the translation of important and translatable documents from English to national languages and vice versa;
Job Requirements:
- Preparing and arranging the monthly, quarterly, and annual work plan of the relevant department in accordance with the general plan in order to achieve the set goals of the department;
- Translation of technical documents, contracts, studies, and proposals sent by the relevant department;
- Direct translation of speeches given in meetings during the necessity of speaking;
- Translation of all documents sent to the relevant office from English to national language or vice versa;
- arranging the translated documents in the relevant files and submitting them to the relevant branches in a timely manner;
- Creating a filing system in the office in the form of hard and soft and taking care of office documents and computer files;
- Arranging and submitting quarterly, monthly, annual, and if necessary reports of functions and achievements to the department
concerned; performing other tasks entrusted to him by the competent authorities according to the laws, regulations, and objectives of the department. - Employment conditions (level of education and work experience)
