| • Overseeing the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring they meet the company’s requirements and are successfully integrated into existing systems. • Managing the day-to-day operations of the ERP and financial systems, including troubleshooting issues, updating software, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. • Identifying opportunities to improve financial and operational processes through the use of ERP systems, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Generating and analyzing financial reports using ERP systems, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management based on the findings. • Ensuring that the ERP and financial systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including data protection and financial reporting requirements. • Providing training and support to users of the ERP and financial systems, ensuring they understand how to use the systems effectively and efficiently. • Managing relationships with ERP vendors and other third-party providers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met. • Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial data and analysis to support decision-making. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the ERP and financial systems, including data security risks and system downtime. • Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the use of ERP systems to support the company’s overall goals and objectives. • Analyze the new system requirements from process owners and propose the essential process aligned with the system and best practices. • Generate Ad-hoc reports and perform complex technical analyses in relation to financial operations. • Innovate and implement new automation in conjunction with IT and other operations groups to support daily operations. • Perform business process improvement analysis to avoid manual activities and reduce bureaucracy. • Coach and mentor team members in daily activities and conduct capacity-building sessions. • Support the finance sections in the month-end and year-end closing processes. • Familiarity with the telecom industry and its unique financial and operational challenges is advantageous. | |
