Job Responsibility
Responsibilities in Sales Support Department:
• Meeting the deadline for Submitting the needed reports
• To Prepare Direct sales, Daily Revenue, 3G Revenue & individual Targets
• Handling the Corporate Sales Database and Generating Corporate Sales executive’s Monthly Achievements reports on a monthly basis.
• Timely follow-up and coordination in order to meet the objective deadlines to align the request according to the departmental process and activation/reporting/reconciliation of Special numbers through the portal to make sure compiled with the process
• Monthly dashboard reporting for direct sales
• Ensuring Regional Weekly and Monthly Reports are updated on all sections (Subs KPIs, Sales, Top Ups, Revenue, MOU, EPPM, Site Profitability, Down site, etc.) with 100% accuracy
Internal Business Analytics:
• Provide 100% of required data to Direct, Indirect, and Corporate (Enterprise) Sales
• Ensure ad hoc reports requested by Sales Departments are availed within accepted timelines
External Business Analytics:
• Compiling and maintaining an updated knowledge base on sales channels (indirect, direct, Corporate Enterprise) offerings in the market on a monthly basis as obtained from external sources/ marketing research (SIM prices and benefits, competitor commission schemes on SIM & Top Up)
• Ensuring efficiency and accuracy of reports
Key Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive analytical daily/Monthly tracking report of commercial division against budget to Executives with 100% accuracy covering insights on
o Overall commercial revenue, Activation, Net Add, Reactivation, VAS revenue, Data Revenue, Preparing market share report through AB analysis, Estimates Based on Interconnect Traffic, Value Share Review Based on MT Mo Update, Market Share Review by Province and Operator, Enterprise Sales KPI Reporting, Active 90 Days, Account Management , Activations, Revenue by Segment, Revenue by Stream, ARPU, Preparing Blocked Sites Analysis by Region, Preparing Daily Revenue stream breakdown report.,Povince By Region, Direct Sales KPI reports against target, Revenue Report, Sim Sales , E-Top Up, Graded Line Sales, FTC Performance, Customer Flow Report, Automation of reports and ad hoc commercial reports in BI through EDW team
Additional Responsibilities:
• SQL coding to generate comprehensive logical reports
• Ensuring subs KPIs (Activations, reactivations, Gross Churn) by province, Regions, Sites etc. as well as Top up (physical and E-Top) by province, Regions, Sites etc. are made available and 100% accurate on BI on a daily basis.
• Commercial B-Pack Report
• Present Quality of Acquistions and other insights report to head of marketing, head of sales and business analytics team every week to give more insight of current business performance
