Job Summary
The GFX/Animation Team Leader supervises the Set Designer. This role involves creating innovative artwork, designing 2D and 3D animations, and setting designs that align with project requirements and timelines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- • Set Designer always goes for efficient resource usage.
- • I work with clients to create the perfect set design by understanding their script and production specifications. This involves using pencil sketches and software to determine the layout and overall look.
- • Supervising set construction and communication with set builders.
- • Oversee the building of the set and ability of measurement.
- • Selecting lighting, furniture, wall and floor coverings, and all other props used on set.
- • Producing models for the client’s approvals and implementing changes as required.
- • Provide estimations on how much the set will cost to build.

Job Requirements
- • A high school diploma is mandatory while having a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.
- • At least 2 years of work experience in graphic designing or a relevant field.
- • Working experience with image design tools (Adobe Collections and Sketch UP 3D software).
- • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
- • Must be proficient with Art, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Direction software packages.
- • Strong artistic and creative skills, with the ability to conceptualize and design sets that effectively convey the desired mood and tone of a production.
- • Adhere to and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines, and SOPs.
- • Multi-tasker: the ability to manage multiple tasks productively and prioritize accordingly.
