Duties & Responsibilities

  • Arranging a regular plan for the processing of students’ academic documents from the beginning to the execution of students’ academic documents
  • Effective communication with students to advance in the affairs of academic documents and better relations with students to solve problems in the affairs of academic documents
  • Cooperation in the development of a student database using modern technology.
  • Cooperation and guidance in academic affairs, preparation of academic documents of students to the employees of the relevant departments
  • Accurate and continuous monitoring of students’ academic documents, tracking students’ academic documents in the Ministry of Higher Education to implement academic documents, monitoring students on time
  • Monitoring and cooperation in the process of archiving students’ documents and monitoring cooperation in the process of document management of students’ academic documents in hard and soft format.
  • Arrangement, maintenance, completion, and continuous updating of students’ files regularly.
  • Ensuring regular and secure registration of grades, results, and other information related to students in computers and books.
  • Consolidation and preparation of the list of those who are disqualified from the exam, absent, and failed according to the criteria of Bakhtar University.
  • Organizing and supervising the implementation of the decisions of the Scientific Council of Bakhtar University in the students’ section.
  • Implementation of other tasks entrusted by the direct supervisor and the leadership team of Bakhtar University.
  • Arranging a regular plan for the processing of students’ academic documents from the beginning to the execution of students’ academic documents
  • An effective and quick response to incoming emails addressed to the Vice President of Student Affairs

Job Requirements

  • Employment conditions (educational level and work experience): the minimum requirements for this position are mentioned in Articles (7), (8), and (34) of the Law on Civil Service Employees.
  • Field of study: Having at least a master’s degree is preferred to holders of a higher educational degree.
  • Required work experience: 3 to 5 years related to the task.
  • Necessary skills: mastery of the country’s official languages (Dari or Pashto) and knowledge of English, computer skills in job-related programs, and management skills
