Job Description:
Qualifications and job responsibilities
1: Cooperate in preparing a plan to stabilize the needs of pharmaceutical affairs, and consumables with the participation of Amer Pharmacy
Two: Responsible for the collection of all the spices and medical consumables of the hospital according to the laws and guidelines
Three: Ensuring the authenticity of spices, consumables, and medical equipment according to the list and specifications during submission
Four: Adjusting and arranging spices based on FIFO and FIFO systems and taking into account the standards of medicinal affairs in the spiced stock.
Five: Responsible for distribution of medicine and consumables to inpatients and outpatients
Six: Providing a timely report on the surplus, near-term and past-date medicines to the Pharmacy Manager
Seventh: performing duties according to the division of time prepared by the head of the department
Eighth: Compliance with order and discipline of the hospital, including medical ethics standards
New: Registration and regular register of given and consumed spices and waste in the pharmacy
Ten: Monitoring the maintenance and quality assurance of spices in the pharmacy
Eleven: Take care of how to use spices and consumables in the pharmacy
12: cooperation in ordering the list of spices, required medical consumables, and ordering the list of past-date spices with the pharmacy manager
Thirteen: Cooperation in monitoring and implementing the relevant standards and the incidence of infection (waste separation and cleanliness) in the pharmacy.
Fourteen: Implementation of other tasks assigned by the hospital administration according to laws, regulations, and goals
Job Requirements:
Employment conditions (level of education and work experience
1: Having an educational certificate for a bachelor’s degree in a pharmacy approved by the Ministry of Higher Education
Two: Having at least three years of relevant work experience in one of the standard hospitals (private or public)
Three: Mastering the official languages of the country, Dari and Pashto, and familiarity with English
Four: having computer skills in programs related to the specific task (database)
