The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, through the official letter of Kazakhstan, has announced the granting of scholarships for the bachelor’s degree with the following conditions:

- Having a school certificate with at least (70) percent three-year marks.
- Electronic ID card.
- Medical fields are not included in this scholarship.
Benefits
- Free tuition fees
- The student bears the costs of transportation, visa, food, and other expenses.
- If the percentage of the student’s grades in the course of studies is lower than (70) percent, the university considers a sum of money as pocket money so that the students can pay the said money for the dormitory fee.
How to Apply
(Therefore, those eligible Students who want to register for the mentioned Scholarship opportunities can go to the admission office 13 of the Ministry of Higher Education to obtain the registration form, and after completing the form and the documents, return it to the admission office (13).
It should be noted that the exam will be taken by the Kazakh delegation and in the first stage only 30 people will be selected to pass the exam.
