Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting tuition fees, participating in entrance examinations, student admissions, and distributing fee cards and students’ academic documents.
- Distribution of employees’ salaries, settlement, and payment of bills if directed by the direct manager.
- Cooperation in arranging the annual draft budget of the institution with the relevant department.
- Implementation of other tasks entrusted by the financial authority, according to the policies, procedures, laws, and goals of the institution.
Management duties:
- Plan and arrange the monthly, quarterly, and annual work plan in accordance with the plan of the Financial Directorate.
- Preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the activities carried out and submitting them to the Financial Directorate.
Coordination duties:
- Cooperation in arranging daily journals, ledgers, tax returns, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Having coordination with all departments of the office and having good manners with all clients and employees.
Employment conditions, education level, and work experience:
Field of Study:
- Having at least a bachelor’s degree and higher degrees is preferred.
Work experience: - At least 3 years of work experience in the fields listed in the bill.
- At least 3 years for a bachelor’s degree, and 2 years for a master’s degree.
Necessary skills:
- Mastery of one of the official languages of the country (Pashto or Dari) and familiarity with English.
2. Mastery of computer programs in task-related programs.
