Job Description:

Reconciling accounts and preventing mistakes in entering accounting transactions in the relevant accounts

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 1 Preparation of supporting documents for investment transactions and their entry into the CBS and Treasury systems
• 2 Matching all statements with the relevant account ledgers and arranging the reconciliation statement
• 3 Matching accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and arranging the form Reconciliation of accounts according to the specified format and obtaining the approval of the management and financial command and filing it with all its supporting documents.
• 4. Ensuring the correctness of bank transactions with treasury policy.
• 5. Daily filing of vouchers, transaction documents, and currency exchange rates in the relevant file.
• 6. Following Amounts without matching with the relevant department at the right time
• 7. Supervision and control of investment transactions and the open status of currencies in accordance with the relevant regulation and policy
• 8. Performing the duties assigned by the general manager and the relevant commander

Job Requirements:

Employment conditions (level of education and work experience):

• 1. Education level: bachelor’s degree in economics or related field
• 2. Required experience: two years related to the job or above in banking or finance and accounting
• 4. Proficiency in the English language.
• 5. Proficiency in programs To have administration and management.
• 6 The ability to lead and control the relevant department.
• 7 Complete ability to speak and write in official languages (Pashto, Dari). 8 Honesty and trustworthiness.
