Job Responsibility
• Overall operation management for MED/ICT/Roaming and RAID. • Liable for leading and planning for mediation, interconnect, roaming, RAID, and RV operations. • streamlining ongoing processes, prioritizing, planning, and directing the team. • Monitor team performance and report progress and ticket closing within SLA. • End-to-end configuration for mediation, interconnect, roaming, and RAID. • Change handling, leading all settlement and roaming reports, and RAID dashboard reports. • Implement the required changes to RAID and mediation to enhance the process and system productivity. • Evaluate the project to make sure it meets the objectives. Ability to break down a project into smaller tasks. • Identify the problems and analyze the solutions. • Work as a unified management team to deliver outstanding performance. • Review end-to-end operations and ensure improvements are identified to implement in the operation. • Handle audit requirements and align standards and recommendations to audit requirements (Internal/External). • Handle the risks and vulnerabilities identified in the system to make sure that the business is not affected.
