OSCE Kyrgyzstan Academy scholarship is a free educational program that is organized by this academy every year. The OSCE Academy is a public foundation established in 2002 by the Government of Kyrgyzstan and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The OSCE Academy promotes OSCE principles and values through postgraduate education, professional training, research, and intellectual exchange.
Its master’s programs in “Governance and Economic Development” and “Politics and Security (Central Asia)” enroll a total of up to 60 students each year on a fully competitive basis. They are designed for young professionals with strong work ethics who want to expand their studies in political science, security studies, international relations, war prevention, international development studies, economics, and good governance.
Programs start on September 1, 2023, and end on February 28, 2025. All enrolled students must attend Preparatory Summer School from August 7-30, 2023. Both master’s programs are organized as full-time studies and require students to travel and live in Bishkek.
