In order to promote the culture and language of Romania, the Romanian government has announced the awarding of a number of full-fund scholarships for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees for those interested in free education in Romania, as follows.

- Original and translation of academic degrees of all academic levels with transcripts
- Original and translation of birth certificate or birth certificate
- Scan the first 3 pages of the passport (if you don’t have a passport, you can present your birth certificate or national card for registration)
- Resume in English (according to the Romanian standard format)
- Presentation of motivation letter and proposal for Ph.D. students
