In order to promote the culture and language of Romania, the Romanian government has announced the awarding of a number of full-fund scholarships for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees for those interested in free education in Romania, as follows.

Course language: Teaching is in the Romanian language and people who are accepted in this scholarship will be taught the Romanian language for free for one year. (Only Ph.D. students can study in English or Romanian)

- Scan the first 3 pages of the passport (if you don’t have a passport, you can present your birth certificate or national card for registration)
