Job Description:
We are providing health services as per BPHS policy at the community level.
Monitoring the programs of the Ministry of Public Health at the community level and expanding the cooperation between the community and the health center.
They are monitoring the health activities of Community Health Workers (CHW) and evaluate their performance.
We are establishing a community health council at the level of the health center, paving the way for collaboration and cooperation between the programs of the community health workers and the health center.
Recognizing and explaining their health problems to the community.
Assist community health workers in identifying their training needs.
Providing training for community health workers and also giving them activities during duty and service.
Assisting health workers in the establishment of health programs at the community level in the areas covered by the health center.
Urgently inform the health center manager of any problems in achieving the goals of the health programs.
Giving guidance to community health workers in implementing and developing their work plans.
Organizing and providing monthly monitoring visits from community health workers.
Community health workers encourage group work.
Regular reporting of community health workers to the health center.
Monitoring the quality of image registers and community maps created by community health workers, and assisting them as needed.
Monitoring the completion of the Monthly Activity Report (MAR) by the health workers and completing the Monthly Consolidated Activity Report (MAAR) of the health center.
Compilation of the monthly activity report (MAR) and assisting the manager of the health center in the compilation of the monthly report and using the graphs for monitoring the programs of the health center.
Assist in monitoring any necessary surveys.
Job Requirements:
Have citizenship of Afghanistan.
Graduate from the Institute of Health Sciences, Nursing, or any related field.
Have formal work experience in a health center or community level.
Can communicate in local languages Pashto and Dari.
Have a kind and friendly personality and have enough health and strength for work.
Be able to use a bicycle or motorcycle and have sufficient skills to work in a clinic.
Be a resident of the related clinic or have full knowledge and ability to work.
