Job Description:
chairing the meetings of the university’s scientific council;
Representation of Pohnhi against other institutions and universities within the limits of Pohnhi’s competence;
Ensuring discipline in the university;
Solving the problems of academic staff members and students within the limits of the qualifications of the university director;
Necessary actions regarding the appointment, promotion, retirement, and retirement of university employees according to their work qualifications;
Monitoring the implementation of legal criteria and the decisions of the Board of Trustees, the Leadership Board, and the Academic Council of the University;
taking measures to maintain cleanliness and sanitation;
Plan appropriate proposals and programs to improve the teaching, research, and work situation in the university;
Supervision the implementation of the academic curriculum by the members of the academic staff of the university;
Taking care of the educational curriculum, vocabulary, themes, and content of textbooks and taking measures to standardize them;
Implementation of administrative and accounting affairs of the university;
Submitting a report on university activities to the academic vice president, the academic council, and the institution’s directorate;
preparation and arrangement of the operational and strategic plan of the university;
Other duties assigned to him according to legal principles and standards;
Job Requirements:
Having a master’s degree in law and political science and higher education is preferred;
Transcript scores above 75%;
At least three years of relevant work experience;
Complete mastery of national languages (Pashto and Dari) and familiarity with English;
Complete familiarity with computer programs;
Committed to all Islamic, cultural, and cultural principles and values.
