Benefits
- Subject to good academic achievement, the £5,000 scholarships are renewable for the duration of the study program.
- If a formal school decision of “Progress” or “Conditional Progression” has been made, the student is considered to have achieved satisfactory progress each year without repeating a year. The award will be terminated after any year the student does not progress adequately.
Eligibility
- The scholarships are given to students who have been approved for full-time admission to an undergraduate degree program offered by the University’s School of Mathematics and who have International Fee Status.
- Students who are already in the program are not eligible for the award. Also, it is not accessible to students enrolled in a degree program in mathematics offered by a different School within the University.
- Although applicants should have used the University and College Admissions Service (UCAS) to apply to the University of Edinburgh, they do not need to have done so to start the scholarship application process.
