Job Responsibility
- Comply mHawala function with DA-Bank/FINTRACA Regulations & Documentation on monthly basis as per the due date required by the regulator.
- Comply mHawala function with MOF / Tax Regulations & Documentation on monthly basis as per the due date required by MOF/Tax authority.
- Ensure Statutory Payments & Filings accurate & within Due Date on monthly basis for mHawala.
- Serve as the Focal point to mHawala Compliance audit of onsite examination of the central bank.
- Conduct training on compliance and AML/CFT from KYC to transaction monitoring to all relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for the tasks assigned by DAB AML/CFT and Finance department (policy changes, Mechanism changes, Training).
- In charge of all mHawala compliance-related issues.
- In charge of customer screening, monitoring, and reporting suspicious transactions
- Prepare AML/CFT risk evaluation and yearly compliance plan.
- Create, carry out, and oversee the organization’s compliance program.
- Coordinating with DAB regulators is their responsibility.
- Create, carry out, and manage initiatives that deal with risk.
- Establish and organize appropriate routes for reporting compliance-related problems.
- any additional duty that the line manager assigns.
- Certification in compliance and AML/CFT is required (training/certification).
