Job Responsibility
- Along with the departments of RF Planning, Transmission, Civil Work, and Security, conduct a survey of new sites.
- TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) preparation and follow-up with relevant departments.
- preparing the necessary Tower application forms for new locations in order to get an ATRA license and keeping the Legal department informed.
- accountable for the start of new contracts (private & govt.).
- In charge of renewing land contracts (Government, Private).
- Organize meetings with all government authorities and directorates to discuss public and private websites.
- responsible for resolving landlord payment concerns and settling site payments with relevant governmental entities.
- Reconcile TINs with your landlords.
- Handle everyday office tasks including collaborating with the departments of Legal and Government Affairs on formal correspondence.
