Qualifications and job responsibilities:

• Measurements and preliminary estimates considering engineering and engineering plans;
• Estimating the workload of designed buildings and projects according to its plans;
• Timely measurement of financial costs of planned buildings and projects;
• Preparation of cost and labor rates in central and provincial markets on a quarterly and annual basis in cooperation with relevant employees.
• Presenting monthly, quarterly, annual and when necessary reports on related activities and achievements.
• In order to inform the relevant commander;
• Implementation of other duties entrusted by the competent authorities according to the laws, regulations and objectives of the relevant ministry.

Employment conditions (level of education and work experience):

• Having at least a bachelor’s degree in one of the fields: civil engineering, hydraulic engineering,
• Irrigation engineer, a higher education degree in the mentioned fields is preferred.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Mastery of one of the official languages (Pashto or Dari) and familiarity (writing and speaking) with English language;
• Computer skills in task-related applications.
