Duties & Responsibilities
- Make tools for processing and storing data.
- Carry out troubleshooting and unit testing.
- Analyze and enhance current BI systems.
- Work in groups to integrate systems.
- Handle a variety of shifting duties and gathered data review procedures.
- comprehensive data audits and assessments inside the main systems.
- The operationalization of data from diverse sources, mass change updates, reconciliation initiatives, and other complicated challenges should be identified and resolved.
- analyze workflow difficulties and data integrity concerns, provide management with advice, and make resolution suggestions.
- Create and submit a status report for both internal and external use.
- Access, Excel, Business Objects, and other reporting tools may be used to create reports and data reconciliation for provider, claim, and membership data.
- To operationalize the solution, use third-party industry-standard data analysis and data integration tools and technologies.
- using strong Python scripts to process both structured and unstructured data.
- Check payment/receipt vouchers created by other related departments to make sure the data is correct, comprehensive, and in accordance with AWCC’s internal rules and procedures.
- Plsql/Unix reconciliation of all billing data with reliable sources.
- assembling, reporting, and presenting to management all billing, charging, and VS data.
- To ensure accuracy and timely output, existing metric computations will be improved and automated.
- Learn, disseminate, examine, and enhance management data on recent or fresh reports.
- As necessary, finish ad hoc requests and analyses.
- Must be able to pick up information quickly and carry out the need accurately and on schedule.
- Create analysis and dashboards for various ad hoc reports.
- Every CDR/EDR type must be understood.
- Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly reports are delivered on schedule and accurately.

Job Requirements
- the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in a similar profession. a four-year statistical period.
- knowledge of designing data warehouses.
- understanding of BI tools in use.
- capable of or having experience in data analysis.
- It is essential to be conversant with SQL/PostgreSQL tools, the PHP language, and Linux.
- A fundamental understanding of telecom mediation is required.
- maintaining platforms for data analytics.
- Establish and manage BI infrastructure, tools, and data sources integration.
- knowledge of data manipulation techniques like as cleaning, parsing, standardizing, etc., especially about enhancing data integrity.
