Duties & Responsibilities
- Hold weekly review meetings with the Managed Service team to discuss issues, tickets, and changes while keeping an eye on the SLA and system KPIs.
- To prevent past incidents, identify/request RCA and build up/propose modifications to current procedures.
- Daily operation and maintenance supervision to spot faults and solve them while realizing the gravity of their effects.
- Maintains an updated library with the configurations, documenting system/process setups and solutions.
- In charge of producing timely and accurate reports on all team operations, both ongoing and upcoming.
- Offer 24/7 on-call assistance for all networks including IT core systems.
- Assist subordinates with technical matters at the second level and devise or start initiatives that guarantee the achievement of organizational objectives.
- In charge of ensuring that the team produces essential continuous and frequent reports about all ongoing and planned activities.
- Dedicated to team objectives and helped foster a sense of unity.
- Encourages cooperation among team members and assists colleagues in resolving issues.
- Makes requests, gives approval, and checks the configuration and application of modifications to the IT core systems.
- Coordinates with procurement to manage the ordering of departmental hardware, features, functions, and software upgrades, and creates the technical requirements for fresh bids.
- Researches emerging technology and suggests system upgrades.
- Ensure that all IT audit and risk requirements, both internal and external, are met.
- Create and put into effect department-specific goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Establishing a department with effective practices and properly outlined policies.
- Create the Department’s Business and Budget Planning.

Job Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a reputable university in Afghanistan or abroad
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration will be preferred
- Over 10 years of relevant experience & over 8 years experiences in the Telecom Industry
