Duties & Responsibilities
- Held exclusive responsibility for the conception and creation of a centralized database-driven web application for DABS.
- Perform a technical study and preliminary research on the systems that are currently in use, compare them to the demands of the company, and then provide a workable alternative.
- Work together with programmers, head sections, management, and stack holders to conceptualize, create, and, if necessary, improve new software and databases depending on demand (desktop and web-based);
- Establish project plans for database development, including time estimates for programming activities, scheduling, and implementation plans and schedules.
- Offer suggestions about how to improve or find alternate solutions.
- Create and display a prototype of the suggested fix
- Creating and implementing unique user interface (UI) designs for targeted applications.
- Create a system design for the creation of a database specifically for the upkeep of the data.
- Create, create, or alter business systems/databases to ensure that data, queries, and reports may be simply and reliably recorded, handled, and maintained.
- Control the testing and application of new or altered systems/databases
- Provide the user guide, in-code, and technical docs for the system.
- Make certain that data is precisely specified and consistent across systems and databases.
- Verify that data security, storage, archiving, backup, and recovery processes are effective.
